We care for them with various incentives, safety measures, and overall care for a comfortable life for them and their families.
For example, we take care of the workers’ health by using only polymer coated chemicals that do not fly and spread in the air. These are much costlier than normal powder chemicals. The inhalation of chemicals by workers during process is thus prevented. Nose masks are still compulsory for all working on the machines which further ensures their better health.
